The minimum to open a FNB Savings Account is $3.00.  No service charge unless ledger balance drops BELOW $3.00 AND there have been no transactions for the entire quarter, then a charge of $1.00 per quarter is assessed.

Interest is paid quarterly, current rates are posted in lobby and on statements.
