First National Bank Transitions to Image Statements
March 14, 2008 - First National Bank of Buffalo has recently transitioned to a new check imaging system which has allowed the bank to print copies of checks, deposit slips and other documents being returned to customers on letter sized pieces of paper included in periodic statements, rather than returning the original documents.  “The convenience for customers is just unbelievable,” said George Schafer, Sr. Vice President at First National. Read more

Bank Addition Nearly Complete
March 10, 2008 - The dust is clearing and the details are being completed as First National Bank prepares to move into additional office space at the rear of its offices on Main Street in Buffalo. The bank has added more than 2,000 square feet of office space, primarily for its Data Processing department.  “The additional space will allow us to serve customers much better,” said Katrina Andis, Operations Officer for Data Processing.

The space the Data Processing department is vacating at the rear of the bank will be converted into a technology office and will provide additional space for growth.
